Models of the open education organizational systems Models of the open education organizational systems
Open education today is a modern trend. Dear colleagues, we bring to your attention the scientific work of academician of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine Valery Bykov. The bases of modeling of the open education organizational systems theory of design are expounded from systemic positions in the monograph. On the basis of analysis of modem approaches and instruments of education system development and the theoretical and methodological tools of system description as well as research of organizational system, the models of the open education organizational systems are designed, the features of their structure, designing, realization and introduction are analysed. The models of experimental research of the objects and processes in education, results of the application of such systems for experimental research of the offered models and possible ways of using these results in educational practice are also considered. A book is dedicated to scholars, education managers, university teachers and students, in-service teacher training system, post-graduate students, for all those who are interested in prospective tendencies of educational systems development, modem approaches to their research and application.

An analysis of the results of the all-Ukrainian online survey conducted by scientists of the Institute for Digitalisation of Education of the NAES of Ukraine in the period from January 25 to February 25, 2022 is aimed at determining the readiness of educators to use digital tools general secondary education institutions, their needs and educational resources, e-learning tools that are most in demand. The generalized data of results of self-assessment by pedagogical workers of their digital competence are given. Conclusions are provided that will facilitate the use of survey results by education authorities, teacher training institutions and institutions, general secondary education institutions, research institutions and other stakeholders in organizing the necessary activities, the implementation of which will promote the successful use of ICT and distance learning.

The Center for Education and Development for Children and Youth from Ukraine in Warsaw opens on June 14. Valerii Bykov, Director of the Institute for Digitalization of Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine spoke at the opening ceremony of the Centre. The models of the Center operate in accordance with the principles of open education, ensuring the individual development of the child as a person, based on the latest achievements of psychological and pedagogical science and best educational practices.

On June 1, 2022, All-Ukrainian Methodological Seminar for Young Scientists "Information and Communication Technologies in Education and Research" was held in the Institute for Digitalisation of Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine. As part of the Seminar, graduate students of the Institute made reports in which they presented the results of their dissertation research for the 2021-2022 academic year. Scientists of the Institute provided valuable recommendations for further research of graduate students.
During the war, graduate students continue to work on dissertation research and contribute to the development of science and education in Ukraine.

On May 17, 2022, a meeting of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance (NAQA) was held. In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of March 29, 2022 No. 295, the NAQA decided on conditional (deferred) accreditation of educational and scientific program of training doctors of philosophy at the Institute for Digitalisation of Education of the NAES of Ukraine in the speciality "011 Education sciences", specialization "Information and Communication Technologies in Education".

On May 26, 2022, a Comprehensive Exam for graduate students of the 2nd year of study in the speciality "011 Education sciences", specialization "Information and Communication Technologies in Education" was held in the Institute for Digitalisation of Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine.
Due to the martial law in Ukraine, the exam was conducted remotely.
All graduate students successfully passed the exam.
Congratulations to our graduate students and we wish them further success in educational and scientific activities!

On January 27, 2022, according to the Resolution of the Presidium of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine № 1-2 / 1-17 was decided to rename the Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine into the Institute for Digitalisation of Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine.
