	THE NEW ISSUE "INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AND LEARNING TOOLS" The new issue Vol.4 (78) 2020 of scientific professional e-journal "Information Technologies and Learning Tools" has been published. The journal ranks the 8th place in the "The rating of scientific journals of Ukraine" (The Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine) and the 1st in the Top 100 of rating "The best publications - Ukrainian" (Google Scholar). The issue includes 22 articles, 9 of them in English. Authors from Ukraine, Italy, Turkey and Bulgaria present their scientific works. Research work is carried out on the basis of a number of higher education institutions of Ukraine.	13 May 2020

	NEWS FROM DEPARTMENT OF CLOUD-ORIENTED SYSTEMS OF EDUCATION INFORMATIZATION Within the framework of the scientific research of Adaptive cloud-based system of secondary schools teachers training and professional development, methodological recommendations were developed regarding the use of the services of the adaptive cloud oriented system, and the results are reflected in publications submitted to the press. The design of a cloud-oriented methodological system for preparing teachers of natural and mathematical subjects to work in scientific lyceum is carried out during the experimental work, which is now carried out using remote access systems and various online services.	2 May 2020
