As part of the research "Adaptive cloud-based system of secondary schools teachers training and professional development" of the Insitute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine began an experiment "Designing a cloud-oriented methodological system of training teachers of natural sciences and mathematics to work in the scientific lyceum."
Research work is carried out on the basis of six institutions of higher education: Kherson State University, Kryvyi Rih State Pedagogical University, Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University, Rivne Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education, Bogdan Khmelnitsky Melitopol State Pedagogical University and Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University. The scientific management is carried out by the candidate of pedagogical sciences, the senior researcher of Department of Cloud-Oriented Systems of Education Informatization of Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of NAES of Ukraine Marienko Maiia Volodymyrivna. Scientific consultant: Candidate of Philosophical Sciences, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Senior Researcher, Head of Department of Cloud-Oriented Systems of Education Informatization of Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of NAES of Ukraine Mariya Pavlivna Shyshkina.
During the introduction of quarantine measures, the first stage of the study was completed. The composition of the participants of the experiment was formed, the selection and initial training of personnel was performed, the functional responsibilities of the teaching staff in the system of solving the problems of the experiment were determined and specified.
In particular, the materials and methods developed within the experiment will be used during a series of training events carried out in May 2020 on the basis of the Joint Research Laboratory for Digital Transformation of Higher Education of Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University and Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of NAES of Ukraine.
In April, a training course "Cloud technologies in distance learning in quarantine" was launched here, which was held on the basis of Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University. The author and moderator of the course is Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor, Professor of the Department of Software Engineering Vakaliuk Tetiana Anatoliivna. A number of training events are planned to continue in May.
