On May 14, 2020. Scientific and Practical Webinar "How To Create STEM Learning Environment that Works for School "was held with the support of the Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, the State Scientific Institution “Institute of Education Content Modernization” (IECM) of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the State Space Agency of Ukraine. Event was dedicated the implementation of the concept of STEM-education in school practice. Valery Yukhymovich Bykov, Director of the Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of NAES of Ukraine, took part in the webinar with a report.

The All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Seminar “Digital Competence of the Modern Teacher of the New Ukrainian School: 2020” (Modeling of Digital Learning Environment of the Secondary School) was held for teachers, school leaders, methodologists, specialists of the system of postgraduate pedagogical education, postgraduates, scientists and researchers, teaching staff.

January 10, 2020. The researchers of the Department of Technologies of Open Learning Environment of the Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine held a scientific and methodological seminar-workshop "Computer Modeling System of Cognitive Tasks for Forming the Competences of Students of Natural and Mathematics Subjects". Event was attended by 50th school teachers and vocational education teachers of physics, chemistry, biology and mathematics from different regions of Ukraine.

December 12, 2019. Scientific and practical event for elementary school teachers held in Khmelnitsky city. The teachers shared a common goal: to make apprentices learning more effective and fun. The scientific and practical seminar is one of a series of activities within the framework of the experimental work "Technology of teaching elementary school students (Smart Kids)". Scientific supervisor of this project is Svetlana Litvinova, Doctor of Sciences, head of Department of Technologies of Open Learning Environment of the Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine.

The seminar-training “Development of Competence of Pedagogical Workers to Use Open Electronic Educational Resources for Formation of Social Competence of Elementary School Pupils” was held by the scientists of the Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of NAES of Ukraine. The event held as part of the XI International Exhibition “Innovation in Contemporary Education”. The seminar-training was attended by tutors, elementary school teachers and methodists.

The seminar-training “Digital Open Systems in the Development of Information and Research Competence of Scientific and Educational Staff (personal profiles of researchers)” was held by the staff of the department of open educational and scientific information systems (A.Yatsyshyn and T. Novitskaya) of the Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of NAES of Ukraine. Event took place in the Educational and Research Institute of Continuing Education of National Aviation University. The seminar was attended by scientific and pedagogical staff of higher education institutions and undergraduates.
